My personal opinion is that the bait is to tell you its free but once you get in and do your taxes even if you have one income, mine was 32,000, and dont itemize for some reason you have to upgrade to a basic cost and you have to file by mail, State taxes cost money to file, I went with H and R Block because their site is much easier to follow and they give you more information to guide you along and it was 20 to 30 dollars cheaper than Turbo Tax even though I still had to file by mail.
